Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
CLOTHING ITEMS
We will not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn. If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We will then ship the exchange back to you at our cost. When issuing refunds for returned items, we refund the cost of the items, but not the shipping cost.
CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
We‘re sorry but we do not return, refund or exchange any customized garments of any kind.
NOTE: All returned orders should be sent with a tracking number and delivery confirmation service. Mustard Plug Merch can not be responsible for any returns/exchanges unless the customer provides tracking information. Mustard Plug Merch is only responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at plugmerchstuff@gmail.com. We will make sure that you receive the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.
MUSIC ITEMS
At this time we only accept exchanges or returns on music items that have been unopened. We DO NOT issue replacements for cosmetic damages of any kind on records.
DIGITAL ITEMS
At this time we only refund downloads that have not been attempted or downloaded. These files WILL NOT work on most mobile devices as digital files are usually sent as .zip files. If there is an issue with your download, please contact us at plugmerchstuff@gmail.com.
To start a return, you can contact us at plugmerchstuff@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
